Dv TDM Software Licenses – licensing is concurrent. Typical ratios of licenses to users for office documents are 1:5 and 1:4 for CAD documents. Discounts may be applied to volume purchases of 10 or more licenses.

Dv Web – Web access enables your licenses to be used over the internet or intranet. Documents can be stored at multiple locations while the database remains local or an alternative configuration may be desired.

Maintenance – Includes unlimited phone support and upgrades. Cost is 20% of the retail price per license.

Implementation – duration is based on customer’s requirements and responses to pre-implementation worksheets which are filled out prior to scheduling. Implementation does not include travel or expenses. Average implementation duration is 5-10 days.

Macro Development and Customization – Dv TDM comes pre-packaged with standard macros for procedures such as Check in-out, Revision numbering, etc. Additional coding may be required when additional functional schemes are desired.

Import/Export and Migration – Some automated utilities are available to migrate documents and data from an existing DMS, Directory Structure, or other existing databases.

Document Management Systems (DMS) Consultation – Practical Programs provides consultation services to assist clients in their requirements definition, pre-qualifications, implementation and post-implementation. Consultation may be provided via telephone conference or onsite.
