Dv TDM has a complete set of pre-bundled reports. Using Dv TDM’s
built in Report Builder, your System Administrator(s) can customize
these reports or create an unlimited number of additional ones.
Additionally, you can use other report tools, such as Crystal Reports,
to create and combine reports from Dv TDM and other data sources.
This can include customizable dashboard type reports which presents
information in graphical formats with the option to drill down
to the level of detail you choose.
Below is a list of just some of the standard reports packaged
with Dv TDM.
- Audit Trail Reporting – reports on numerous
levels of activities (logins, etc.) and actions (viewing, printing,
emailing, etc.) that have been taken on documents within the
Dv TDM system.
- xRef Report – report will list all the
xRef files from a user selection.
- Missing xRefs – report will list all
missing xRefs from a user selection.
- Workflow Status – report allows the
user to select the level of detail, statuses and time frames
to generate a Workflow Status report.
- Transmittal – Dv TDM offers a variety
of Transmittal reporting tools. Users can access information
on Transmittals by recipients, by documents and more.
- Document History – report will present
all the Dv TDM transactions that have occurred on the record
associated with the document.
Using the built in Report Builder, numerous other customizable
reports can be created.
Below is a sample of a report that is created using additional
graphical reporting tools such as Crystal Reports:
Quickly visualize the progress of a project -
each gauge represents a project. A drawing manager can quickly
see if a project is behind.
Project Detail Data - notice that the estimated
hours and remaining hours are listed and project 6000446 is only
28.4% complete and 202 hours remain before the June 25th deadline.
Click on the image and drill down to the drawing detail on this
project.
The report details each drawing in the project and shows the activity
on the drawings real-time. There are only three drawings checked
out.
Management can reallocate resources very easily using the reports
generated by Dv TDM.
